π¦ Return Policy
- β’ Customers can book Instant EV Charging slots using the DukDukPlay
app. Booked chargers are reserved under your name for 30 minutes and are
unavailable to others during this time.
- β’ If the customer does not reach the station within 30 minutes, the reservation will be
automatically cancelled.
- β’ No charges are applied for booking or cancelling EV charging slots.
- β’ A 7-day return policy is available only for products that arrive
damaged.
- β’ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing enquiry@dukdukplay.com or raising a ticket through your account dashboard.
π° Refund Policy
- β’ In case of account deletion, customers may request a refund of their remaining wallet
balance.
- β’ To request a refund, email enquiry@dukdukplay.com
with the following details:
- β Full Name
- β Registered Phone Number
- β Email ID
- β Customer ID
- β Wallet Balance Amount
- β Date of Account Deletion
- β Reason for Deletion
- β Bank Account Details (for refund via bank transfer)
- β’ If approved by Girhitee Innovation Pvt. Ltd., refunds will be
processed within 7β10 working days.
- β’ For physical product orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated
after order cancellation and receipt of necessary information as mentioned above.
